Today I am going to teach you how to make stuffed Shimla mirch recipe (Stuffed Capsicum). Three Capsicum (Shimla mirch=3 pcs) Sprinkle salt only 2 to 3 pinch Lemon juice 2 to 3 tbsp Vegetable oil Half cup 1/2 (125 ml) Cumin seeds 1 tsp chopped medium size onions 1+1/2 fry these onions until it turns into golden brown colour Ginger & Garlic paste 1 tbsp, and let it cook for 1 to 2 minutes on medium heat Chicken mince (Qeema) half kg (1/2 kg), and let it fry for other 2 to 3 minutes.(you can replace with mutton or beef Qeema) Two large tomatoes (2 pcs) Salt 1 tsp (as per taste) Chili flakes one tsp (1 tsp) + Red chili powder half tsp (1/2 tsp) Black pepper 2 pinch Coriander powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1/3 tsp. and let it cook for 3 minutes. Water 3/4 cup, mix, cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Lemon juice 1 tbsp, Gram-masala 1/2 tsp, 5 chopped green chilies, chopped green fresh coriander 5 to 6 tbsp. Now Keema is ready, stuffed the Capsicum (Shimla mirch) with Keema. Turn on the flame, Heat a pan and add vegetable oil, Put all the stuffed Shimal mirch (Capsicum) in oil and keep flipping in between.
