Simply Not Silent | Breakfast on the Run!


Hey guys welcome back to my channel. So todays topic will be about food with a
focus on breakfast ideas. Often times due to having such busy lives
and a busy schedule it makes it very difficult to cook our meals
sometimes So today I will share with you three of my
most favorite meals that are easy, simple and healthy. If you want to see what I have cooking up,
please keep watching! I absolutely love overnight oatmeal. My favorite brand is by purely elizabeth. There products are pre-made with all natural
ingredients So what I do to prepare this meal is I first
pour the oatmeal into a mason jar. Then I add in a half cup of almond milk. Then I cover the lid
and place the mason jar in the refrigerator and leave it overnight. The next-morning, after removing it from the
refrigerator I then add my favorite fruits, such so I add banana, strawberries, blueberries. And then I also like to add almonds and
granola. I whip that thing up and it’s very tasty! Next on the menu are smoothies! Now using the magic bullet blender, I first
start off with ice then I add in my favorite fruits. which are blackberries, blueberries, raspberries
and strawberries. Then I add a half cup of almond milk and give
it a good blend! On a side note, to add some sweetness, sometimes
I add honey or agave. I actually prefer using agave, it’s just my
preference. So once I add the sweetness, then it’s just
deliciousness! Last on the menu is Avocado Toast! Fist I chop up the avocado. Then I mix in a pinch of black pepper and
sea-salt. Then a spread a generous amount of the avocado
on a toast bread. and off I go with a very tasty and simple
meal! So guys theses three breakfast option were very simple,
