Hello and Welcome to ‘Cooking with Megha’ Today we’ll be making Veg Quesadilla’s! This is a Mexican recipe which has lots of vegetables and cheese Let’s take a look at the ingredients 5-6 cloves of garlic finely chopped 2-3 green chillies finely chopped finely chopped capsicum 1 onion sliced 3-4 mushrooms, 1 tomato, corn chopped spinach Tortillas, These are easily available in the market these are available in various flavours you can also use chapati (indian bread) instead crushed black pepper 1 cup grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese butter and oil Lets start by heating some butter and oil in a pan once butter melts we’ll start by adding garlic saute garlic until the raw flavour is gone now add green chillies add onions and capsicum saute this one high flame add corn to this add crushed black pepper salt to taste add tomatoes saute all this for a min add mushrooms and saute for couple of mins add spinach and put off the flame our vegetable filling for quesadillas is ready apply butter on both sides of the tortilla and put it on a hot skillet/pan flip the tortilla and spread the filling add cheese on top cover from the other side as shown and cook evenly from both sides here’s how it looks when ready here’s how you can also make it using chapati (indian bread) tasty Veg Quesadilla’s are ready you can cut them using a pizza cutter or knife and serve them definitely try this recipe at your home and let us know your feedback and comments Please ‘Like’ and ‘Share’ this recipe and ‘Subscribe’ to my channel for new recipes.
