  • OMG It's driving me crazy I cannot remember what my mom called this dish… I'm Armenian too but parskahye and I can't remember what we called it… maybe it was Khavits too… any parskahyes out there that know? thank you for sharing the dish and bringing back memories to me too Heghineh jan <3

  • We do it with pumpkin or date so it give the brown gold color plus add sweetness and smooth texture
    Try to use date as sweetener but first dissolve it and blend it with the hot water

  • Amazing . Here in Georgia people often use to call it хасуда . Do not know how to spell it in English correctly . To me it is one of the most attractive and tasty dishes . We often give it to ladies who are breastfeeding to provide better nutrition supply to babies . If we add some semolina to the flour we call it halwa at least in our family . I also use homemade caramel sauce and homemade nut butter as my personal hint . It can also be salty as well . If one adds some date paste as a sweetener this dish you show is considered as a homemade medicine to ease pains while breastfeeding . Loved the the video .

  • Heghineh joon we have this similar dish in Iran, it's called Kachi. Of course, instead of honey we make it with rose water mixed with saffaron. We also make this sweet dish for woman who just had a baby;)

  • this lady always seems so happy. always very well dressed too, I wish chicks in the states would dress like that, instead of dyeing their hair all these wacky colors with all the tattoos.
