Clean avocado, remove the pit and collect the pulp with a spoon.
Mash the pulp with a mortar and pestle, or in a bowl with a fork.
You can also choose to cut the avocados pulp into cubes.
Put the avocado pulp in a bowl and add lime or lemon juice to preserve the avocado green color.
Wash the tomatoes, separate the seeds, diced and place it in the of avocados.
Washed, peeled, cut finely onion and add it in bowl.
Crush the quarter of garlic clove and place it also in bowl.
Remove seeds of chilies, diced the chilies and placed in bowl.
Wash the leaves of coriander or basil, cut and place them in the bowl.
Over the ingredients in the bowl put the cumin powder, pepper and salt.
Mix well the ingredients.
Guacamole sauce is the perfect garnish for tortillas, quesadillas and even for grilled or baked meat.
Guacamole does not last long at all.
