My filling didn’t come out fluffy. More runny like cake batter or something.
Wow! amazing delicious! great job!👍👌
Is shorting criso???
I did the cream filling in confetti cupcakes with your recipe and it turned out delicious…….and I am 12 years old!
What is shorting???
you should put ice cream
You are welcome, Denise! So happy the cupcakes turned out awesome – thank you for letting us know.
Thank you SO MUCH for showing me your cream filled technique!! I made red velvet cream cheese filled cupcakes- for a new customer! They turned out AWESOME!
est-ce que tu peuxx écrire les ingrédients? Merci
FYI u still had lumps in your cupcake batter but thanks this helped me alot :p
Yes Crisco has a brand of shortening.
whats shortening? is that like the CRISCO stuff
I like the idea of cream-filled cupcakes, but frankly the icing looks disgusting.
I have no problem with a decadent cake smothered with cream or ganache, but that terrible faux buttercream mix was just nasty. When you're using that much butter, I really don't think you need shortening.
Blegh, it's basically the recipe for a chocolate twinky
Deffinetly trying it
again, I ask: WHY NOT!!! lol
I think what he/she means is that having the same frosting/filling on both outside and inside of the cupcake is just too much. Imagine biting into a cupcake like that. It's not really much of a surprise, since the exact same frosting is used to fill the cupcake. Besides, there's still frosting on top. Why would you want frosting the middle of the cake as well?
always wondered how they got stuff inside cupcakes!lol
more sweet yumminess makes no sense???
@Mirkul It makes perfect sense because they demonstrated it. You can choose whichever way you like. It's a great idea 🙂
This is great. However, I would fill the cupcakes with the cream filling, dip the cupcakes in chocolate ganache and then make that "signature swirl" down the middle. Then you'll have "Fauxtess" Cupcakes!
Either frost them or fill them. Both makes no sense
