what's up what's up what's up guys welcome back to another episode of real nails I know it's been a long time y'all enacted me so we finally bringing it back in today I'm gonna bring it back and we actually taken one of her recipes there's a healthy he's stealing my this so it's a healthy piece of recipe I love pieces but you know I still when he held the end the same time so we have a recipe that you can make at home you know anywhere you can make with your friends and family and you know you the toppings we won't have you can do your own toppings you might not like the top of yeah but first we are going to make the pizza crust we actually usually makes it from scratch but we bought a brand at the store it's called Bob's Red Mill gluten free already hands-on ingredients you need to make the crust it's gonna be a lot easier this pizza crust to live all right and then for the to make the pizza crust all the only ingredients that you need for it is water yeast which the packet is included in this little package two large eggs olive oil and then of course the crust mix and that's it so to begin making the crust mix freshen up rehear oven to 425 degrees and then to start mixing it we got our water one and a half cup are you guys get it 1/2 cup of water and then a piece of thing comes with a package Bogey's it's on a large bowl you're gonna combine the water and the yeast and we're gonna let that man for five minutes are so water on a half cup and then you mix the yeast you have to mix it till it dissolves crack in two eggs in there is here for five minutes olive oil / egg we add a whole entire edge of the crust and then you're going to stir it together until the all the ingredients I'm gonna mix it it's not even really Dobie I remember guys this part just probably the toughest part right this is the toughest part and actually this is my first time ever making a piece of height I love pieces so why not make a healthier option if you want to go even healthier you can make literally like every single ingredients dough you can buy all of the ingredients separately together but this is like almost all we doing next is we're separating the dough into two halves and then after you separate it you're gonna let it sit for 20 minutes and your cover with plastic wrap Wow our dough is waiting how many minutes we got yeah we got about 13 minutes left all right so why were you waiting on our dome we think it's best that you make our sauce so we will make the sauce pieces all right so we're gonna be using malt vinegar honey onion powder basil leaves garlic powder oregano leaves of course our tomato sauce olive oil and then water and you'll just need a half a cup of water first our tomato sauce pour it in the boat that's what we will do to take two teaspoons of basil two tablespoons basically all the guys I just I I stuff she's like all about iterations like I stuff are so next we have 1 tablespoon of brother poni do we have 1 tablespoon onion powder it's all your preference if you'd like more ind like garlic move it around now one tablespoon of oregano leaves and then we have one tablespoon two tablespoons by the world and we and we were using the spoon this is not our so now we started and actually also if you're a light garlic you can throw some minced garlic in there this is not what the recipe but and Kayla likes garlic not too much we got garlic powder all right so we have our sauce oh my god no it's actually an all Isis very good like real like pizzas and like dominoes but it's like we can delete this off of it after so we have made our sauce so now this has been sitting for 20 minutes so we're gonna grab one of these rolls and we're gonna put it on the pan and we're gonna roll it out and make our crust you all right so you put it in the middle of your pan and then you take some plastic wrap matter of fact I'm going to use this a little bit more so our guys we're improvising and we're gonna use all the crutch this is gonna be it this hanging will be think crossing any notes and cross over here all right so now that we have the dough covered like the dough is covering the whole pan now we want to make our edges like well you know the crust or the pizza actual crust pizza so we're just gonna pinch crosses done so you see at first we had you know the to go separated and you can make two pieces it was the crushes to bang we have never used this press leaks so we actually put them together so what we're gonna do next is she said to listen I don't know nothing about pieces so I'm doing it is just like yeah but she said make it he's gonna drizzle some olive oil over it and then he's gonna spread it out the olive oil is what gives the you know the crust that tannish color because the crust of regular pizzas a little darker so that's all he's doing you wouldn't do baby go check our guys so next we're gonna bake it without any of the toppings to start cooking the dough for seven minutes I remember oven was already ready to go we got butter milk turkey sausages Thunderball Butterball turkey sausages or you can use chicken you can use ground turkey just like they do ground beef whatever whatever topping you would like we're using turkey so so we're going to slice these up into the batch slices just like you pepperoni so now about to throw these turkey sausages in there and we're gonna cook it up in the pan the mushroom I say guys our tapas is what we like you can play any topic you would like any help you up alright so we just got them so they kind of got brown just brown around the edges not too much so they don't cooking of it so they you know that looks about right we're just gonna put a little bit of pepper a little bit of pepper a little bit of garlic powder now just let these saute alright so the crust is uh it was cooking for seven minutes in the oven we just took it out it already looks amazing you may be able to see like some olive oil which you know that's gonna dissolve and evaporate when we put in other remember this stuff to cook for another 20 minutes after you put the toppings on so alright so mushrooms have finished sautee all rise so now she likes pot up on a piece of I can't status and she's going to put it on her in oh yeah she's coming in up in the little slices we are about to put our sauce on top is on the cheese and stuff time to pieces first thing we want start with is our songs all right so now that we have our sauce up see so now we put the cheese then again like I said this is the dairy-free it's gluten-free it's a healthier option for cheese we're just gonna sprinkle that up there and if you like a lot of cheese for a lot of cheese like a little bit of cheese but a little bit of cheese all right so now we have our cheese up there now we put the top I'm just gonna spread these out it's like the pepperonis all right so now that we have our turkey sausage now we put the pressroom she liked a lot of mushrooms so I'm putting a lot more on her side now find out again like I said she likes so you see over half she has a pine up but now we do the spinach spinach shrivel so you can actually put a lot minutes 18 to 21 oh gosh so the pizza is done oh this smells and looks so good now we're going to take it out you're healthy alright guys so now we about to do bother just let it sit and cool down and wait for the salsa kinda harder right now it's a little watery so let's let it chill for a little bit so it is done so now you know last but not least taste test so y'all know every episode on for the house awesome all my food it looks
