Salam sweet viewers. welcome to this episode today I will prepare dopiaza i hope you all like my recipe. the ingredients are as follows 2lb beef 1 onion chopped for soup 2 whole for vinegar mixture 200g vinegar 200g half peas 1tsp garlic paste turmeric 1tsp and fried onion 100g 2Tbsp black pepper powder salt as per your taste swee viewers I will prepare the Naan as well 300g All purpose flour 1 small spoon of Yeast Now lets make the dough And will let the dough to rest for 1hr or 2hr Then i will show you all how to cook it on pan Now add the yeast followed by salt water add the flour slowly add water let the dough to rest for 1hr cover the top of the pot In the meanttime I will make the soup pre heat the cooking oil in a pressure cooker oil is hot enough add the onions once the onions turns pinkish don’t cook the onions too much at this point add the turmeric now add the garlic paste salt as per your taste fried onions. add the beef mix it well with the onions now add the water the level of water has to raise on top of beef water is enough close the lid and pressure cook for 15 minutes now add the water on a pot. with the halfpeas hot boiled water close the lid make slices of onions now add the onion rings in a bowl. add the vinegar Since vinegar is too strong. I always add it with some boiled Room Temp water. This process is optional. The soup is ready. beef has softened up. half peas is also almost ready. drain the water. add spoon full of the soup in half peas pot for flavour purposes. The dough is ready. will cook it on pan. Naan Paraki Add flour and spread it well. once one side cooks then turn it over to the next side. Time to serve the Dopiaza. Place chunks of beef on Naan Paraki. Now place the halfpeas beside chunks of beaf. Slices of onion vinegar mixture. 1Tbsp of vinegar Now sprinkle the black pepper powder. Sweet viewers this was my recipe for dopiaza.
