Cooked Fried Potatoes


Hi everyone! Today I’ll show you how to make cooked fried
potatoes that make a great side dish. First wash well the potatoes to remove any
dirt from the skin. Next, peel the skin and remove any spots or
bad parts of the potatoes. This way prepared potatoes will make an excellent side dish for meat or any other lunch that goes along with potatoes. Cook them for about 15-20 minutes. They are ready once you can insert a fork
up to the middle. Don’t let them overcook and fall apart. Leave them to cool a little so you can handle
them without burning your hands. Cut same sized sticks as you would for pomfrit. Heat up some oil in a frying pan. Season the sticks with salt, garlic powder
or any season that goes with your meal. Fry the potatoes until they turn golden red. Once they are done tranfer them to paper towel
to soak the excess grease. Enjoy these simply great, crunchy outside,
