    I looked at no-name stuff (Soy based) and they were about the same.

  • I have done bodybuilding and physique contests 4 years well yes chicken can have those nutritional information let me list down the nutrition information from my chicken 4 oz. 1 g of fat zero carbs 21 g of protein 100g sodium. For 1. 99 a pound I also wash and cut it to reduce the sodium even more. It doesn't make an extreme difference but it does reduce it. Not to mention what if people just don't like the taste of the imitation food? I eat 6 meals a day 2500 to calories 240 grams of protein 150 carbs in 50 to 60 grams of fat with less than 40 grams of sugar I drink a gallon to a gallon and a half of water a day and I work out 5 to 6 days a week
