Breakfast Quiche Recipe



hi everyone welcome back to another episode of honeysuckle catering today I have a really special feature and partnering the West I'll be fit to bring to you another episode of healthy breakfast on the go I'm gonna be showing how to make a crustless quiche it's kind of like a mini omelet that has cheese ham and a little bit of spinach you can make this the night before heat it up before you leave for work or school and have a nice and hearty breakfast let's get started you're gonna need two cups of whole milk 2 eggs plus 2ei oats 1/2 a teaspoon of salt a dash of nutmeg and for the filling you're gonna need about a cup and a half of grated cheese I'm using Asiago but you can use cheddar or whatever your favorite cheese is I have some cubes smoked ham and then a fresh spinach first combine your egg salt nutmeg milk stir it up well and then set it aside now pre-heat your oven to 450 degrees take your mini muffin pan or cupcake pan and put the fillings I like to put the cheese at the bottom because when it cooks it creates a nice crust add in a little bit of ham and tear up some spinach and then pour in a little bit of the egg mixture once you're done filling the pan bake it for 15 to 18 minutes until it comes out nice and golden-brown after you've taken it out of the oven let it sit for ten minutes until it cools and then take a paring knife and go over the edges and then pop them out these fries beautifully so if you want to make some ahead of time and freeze them all you need to do is microwave them before you go and then they're ready and there you have it our cute little crustless mini quiche you have spinach a nice brown golden crust and then some ham let's try it thanks for watching another episode of honeysuckle catering let me know what you like in your quiche and if you like it crustless or with the crust by commenting below and also subscribe above if you want to see more videos and recipes and stop by my facebook page for more daily updates and also remember to visit style me fit for more healthy living details and I'll see you guys soon bye I can eat like 10 of these every morning you
