Thank you so much for this video. I woke up feeling guilty on my cheat day and I hadn't even eaten anything yet. I've been on my weight loss journey for about 7 weeks now and I know that if I want this to be a lifestyle change then I must give in to my guilty pleasures every once in a while for me to stay on track.

hey Joanna i had my cheat meal today. did an hour work out before then cooked a burger (1/2 lb of patty, 3 slices of turkey bacon and 2 pcs low carb 3grams net carbs wheat tortilla) 10 pcs of sweet potato fries and 1/2 a cup of sticky white rice with coconut milk and half a can of diet soda. is this safe? or i need to cut calories still?
