Prepare the butter and cut into cubes Butter the pan as much as needed and place baking paper in it Chop the chocolate and put in a bowl Boil hot water and put the bowl on top of it Add in the butter Wait a while and mix well When it’s all melted, put the bowl away Whisk the egg and add in the brown sugar and vanilla extract Mix well Put it over hot water and stir until all the sugar are melted It is very important that all the sugar is melted Whip the egg mixture until it is full and dense I think I whipped it for around 5 minutes Add the chocolate mixture Mix well with a spatula Mix gently so that all the bubbles/foam from the egg mixture doesn’t go out Sift the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt together Mix evenly Pour the batter into the pan and make it flat and bake it in 340°F for 25~30 minutes The moistness and texture will vary depending on the baking time The rim is crispy and the inside is moist I like the moist and chewy texture I hardened it in the fridge one day^^ It tastes good with coffee and with milk.
